As a Nutritional Consultant and Mom, I did not like many of the ingredients and imbalanced fats in dairy and alternative ice creams. So, I prayed .... and Heaven Sent was the answer.
In formulating Heaven Sent to be healthy, I did not realize until after it was created that this delicious treat meets the criteria for most dietary considerations. During development, I just wouldn't allow any ingredients that were questionable.
